Sunday, July 22, 2007 by Chemical Apple

Sorry for the lack of update during the past week or so...
But a man gotta do what a man gotta do...rite?hopefully you understand tat..
Too many things have been going on from the Rainforest Music Festival to the Charity Night of my College, both which I have not yet post bout...^^

and this I cant say I am too busy to post (and boast) about...
FINALLY I received the latest and last of Harry Potter's book...Finally..
Although it seemed so not too long ago I pre-ordered the book...
and FYI we do not have any Carrefour nor Tesco here so no feeling of dismay in any ways to the outrageous discount on the book's price over here...
Everybody seems happy to get it at the original price of RM109.90....
Its worth the wait and the cash I'd say..(what to say if you are a huge Fan, rite?)..

The front cover Gold letterings....

Finally, I HAVE IT!!!

I bought the Adult edition (dont really know the difference for the children and the adult one though, only the cover different rite?).....
Cant wait to finish reading it for the first time and reread it again and again and again (like i did with the past few books)..^^.. Now its around 4 in the morning and still reading it..
Once again no spoilers here so GO get your OWN ler...its worth it I'd say..

Harry Potter 5 Die Hard..

Thursday, July 12, 2007 by Chemical Apple

Just another movie review from the addict-yet-humble Apple, the Blue one of course..
Watched two movie in one day and silly me was wondering where all my $$$ gone to!!..
I didnt manage to watch DieHard when it premiered but like a true Potter fan, caught the premiere of HP5 movie.. missed 2 class because of that movie..Anything for the order rite??
Watched Die Hard late at around 11pm coz no seats before then, still full!!
Here is my review but no spoilers though (hopefully).. just what I think..^^

Harry Potter 5 was without doubt (for me) a dissapointment..
What a waste of my $$$ and I know my lecturer will reprimand me aka talk non-stop bout how evil I am...wakaka... But Mr David Yates cut out like so many parts from the book (the interesting best best part summore) that the movie went so DULL.... Even some of the story line been altered.. Why alter something soo PERFECT!!!
I read and reread the book soo many time that I already half-memorized the story and I tell you (the none Potter fans) that the movie is not half as good as the book!! truly...
Its like watching some boring tv series aka drama...
But on the higher note the acting of the actors especially the new ones like Loony Lovegood and Prof Umbridge dint bother to find out who they were though..
I give it a 5 out of 10 (and thats just because I am a Potter fan)..Mr Yates could have done a little better if he had put in a few more minutes into the movie...

Die Hard 4.0 is a completely different story!!!
It was funny (when he wanted to bash up his daughter's bf) and adrenaline-pumping (when he went to pick up the Hacker) from the VERY beginning!!!
The setting of the story and the story itself plus the amazing visual really got me hard..
I watched the movie with my mouth open for most of the time..(truly, good thing it was kinda dark so nobody saw it, I hope)... and plus his daughter (the actor that played his daughter) is kinda cute annndd Hot!!! I cummed watching her kissing, literally
Imagine if a fire-sale really occur to any country, poof everything GONE!!!!
awesomely cool and scary.. The movie made me realise how dependant we are to the computer aka laptop aka hp etc etc for our daily live....

Thats about it, anything more than that and it'll be crap dy (if not already)....
And to sum the two movie, I'd say:

Harry Potter 5 Die Hard!!!!!!
Die Hard win by 4.0 knockout ....

Addicted, High and Loving It!!

I believe most people love Chocolates... that is people that are not allergic to chocolate, some people are really allergic to chocolates believe me. woah!!
From the dark chocolates to milky ones and those of the white kinds, it all appeals to me. Gosh I even dont mind having the bitter chocolates lingering in my mouth.. With melting point less than the body temperature its sort of the Ideal delicacy..
From the Biology POV, chocolate stimulates the release of Serotonin in the brain which produces the 'I Feel Good' euphoria feeling. Heck, even by melting chocolate in the mouth produced increase in heart rate and brain activity, MORE intense than that of passionate kissing (lasting four times longer too)..Woah!!

Here's a collection of my Favourite chocolates and those Chocolates brand which is famous all over the world...Enjoy..Gosh, I'm salivating just by looking at these picts....

White Chocs, Dark Chocs and Milk Chocs...

One of the famous and most common Chocs manufacture, Cadbury's
Never failing to churn out Yummy Chocs!!
Ferrero Roche's...
The name says it all, Magnificient Choc!!
My Personal Favourite, Hershey's
Kisses for all....

See's Chocolate
Never tried this before but my friend says its among the BEST...must try
Dont forget the soft, subtle Mars Chocolate...mmm
Speaking of Chocs, who can leave out M&M's!!!!
Yummy.....

What do you think? Chocolate good or not?
With all this Chocolates pictures around, makes me wanna have more of them...
Thats all, chao... Off to find more Chocolates!!!
!!I LOVE CHOCOLATE!!

Transformers : More than meets the eye

Sunday, July 01, 2007 by Chemical Apple

What a Movie!!!!
It totally 'thrashed' all the movie this year from the overhyped Pirates 3 to the cartoon Surf Up... I havent watched Fantastic Four (believe it! I missed its premiere) and Die Hard 4.0 but I dont believe any movie could beat this one from Michael Bay..
I rate it a perfect 10 out of 10.. just because its a totally perfect movie..
At only 150million for a director nominated as the Worst Director twice(for Pearl Harbour and Armageddon although I liked both that movie), he did a Funtastic job with Transformers...

AUTOBOTS roll....

Crazy me watched the movie TWICE the same day in less than 12 hours intervals (first at 1.30pm and the next at 11.30pm).. Heck even the movie hall and seat row was the Same!!!...
Although couldnt really concentrate when I watched for the second time (the Cough medicine played a major part of my downfall).. What the heck, its been 1 week dy and yet my sore throat + cough + headache havent subsided..
Anyway no spoilers on the movie here, just in case you havent watched.. Although I doubt the many Transformers fan has missed the opening few days....
I watched it on the second day (missed the premiere because no more tickets)... and the tickets I heard was selling like hot cakes....

TRANSFORMERS : MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE
(how true that is!!)
