If you are someone like me with not much $$ to travel the world as mush as I'd like, you'd probably wonder when the heck will you get to see Giant football clubs playing against each other...with our teams playing like shit over here, you'd die to see better stuffd played...
I'm talking about Manchester Utd versus Inter Milan, Chelsea versus Bayern..that sort of stuff....
And then suddenly advertisement about Giant clubs like ManUtd, Chelsea, Arsenal etc etc coming to dear OLD Malaysia(50 years old soon) to play in a tournament....
If only you could see the look on my face that day!!!
I was wondering WHY out of old the other much better developed country, Its not like I hate Malaysia or anything, Dont sue me k, no money larr, they chose Malaysia??
Then I realise (or was it someone made Me realise) that it was the youth teams from the clubs coming to play..cheh...YOUTH
But I went anyway because the tickets were FrEAking CHEAP!! RM12 for 2 match!!, Cheaper than normal Sarawak match..and did I, did I mention that some games were played in Kuching!!...
So I went with my cousin and friend.. and there's only one remark from me..
THE YOUTH TEAMS PLAYED BETTER FOOTBALL THAN MOST TEAMS IN MALAYSIA!!
Didnt waste my $$$$ afterall....

So many people came (more than for the Malaysian league games lar)...

even the walkways are in dire need of maintenance...

Malaysia versus Bayern Munich...
The youth team of Malaysia is way way better than the senior...they fought..
The match ended 2-1 in favour of Bayern..Boleh tahan la...

The pitch was in bad condition that 'Sand-boys' have to come and repair it with sand..
This done during Halftime!! How humiliating... should have done it before the match rite?? Stupid!!

Chelsea lost 0-1...How humiliating for the major sponsor of the tournament...

Quite a number of people turned up for the matches...
Surprisingly Kuching recorded the highest attendance between all other stadiums over in West Malaysia... And they didnt even gave Kuching a chance to host the Quaters at least...
So UNFAIR...whats the point of hosting it in Shah Alama if no one there gonna watch!!!!

The 'Sand-Boys' came again!!!
suffered massive jeers and boos from the crowd...KESIAN...

Quite many people came too..out of the ordinary...
The match ended 1-1.. and Chelsea got dumped out of the tournament...

Surprisingly, the Youth teams played rather well except for some matches and It gaves the certain feel of watching true Football being played especially of how they play it in Europe...
Btw just the night before the Chelsea vs Bayern match, I happen to come across and Partied with the Chelsea players in Mojo and Soho...They were quite alright including the fat guy(youth coach I think)...hehe...
But what to do Chelsea couldnt even survive the group stage...drinking and partying the night before a match is not a good thing rite???..too bad..
Thats all ler.. Will update on who won the tournament if I can..Hopefully Manchester does well...
